Salesforce Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients identify and drive their organization's needs for Salesforce foundations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the business or technology architecture for large-scale Salesforce projects
  • Plan and oversee the solution design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Identify and drive the organization's needs for business analysis of Salesforce applications
  • Contribute to the development of program and platform center of excellence vision in the Salesforce Platform
  • Provide thought leadership for Salesforce best practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement across the platform
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform from a Business Analyst perspective, including knowledge of various Salesforce clouds
  • Extensive working experience in the insurance domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
