Salesforce Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at FalconSmartIT. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and gather information to design solutions using Salesforce.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide work effort and duration estimation.
  • Configure Salesforce for Experience Cloud.
  • Create requirement and functional design specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess the impact of changes in functional requirements on the design.
  • Provide functional support for Salesforce applications.
  • Assist in conducting 'Train the Trainer' sessions for customer key users.
  • Preferred experience in Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certification.
  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud features.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce as a functional consultant.
  • Understanding of business requirements and experience in requirement workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
