Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to collaborate with business stakeholders in identifying requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining complex project scopes, creating relevant documentation, and outlining business needs.

The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders across various departments, making informed decisions regarding the appropriate level of documentation and analysis required for each project. Some initiatives may necessitate less involvement from the Business Analyst than others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, including information gathering, planning, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solution documentation, such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
  • Promote CRM best practices to ensure that solutions align with the overall business strategy.
  • Conduct thorough analyses across various complex projects, identifying issues and exploring viable solutions while considering the business implications.
  • Document and design critical business processes in accordance with established standards, while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Integrate necessary documentation into user stories in Jira, specifying required test cases and edge scenarios.
  • Assist with implementation and testing, including operational setup and training as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops to ensure alignment and clarify essential details.
  • Perform gap analyses between business requirements and current capabilities, identifying discrepancies and potential solutions.
  • Utilize the appropriate level of documentation based on project complexity, contributing to the evolution of Nutmeg's documentation and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Adept analytical problem solver familiar with declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
  • Extensive business analysis experience, particularly within Financial Services, ideally in wealth or asset management.
  • Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools (UML, BPMN, Workflows).
  • Experience in developing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail to ensure comprehensive and accurate analysis.
  • Proven ability to document and clarify requirements, specifications, and processes while recommending effective solutions.
  • History of successfully delivering complex projects, including knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
