G MASS is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the Middle East. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in configuring and improving our compliance screening system, ensuring it meets the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance screening systems, with a strong understanding of vendor system capabilities and matching rules. You will work closely with our compliance system vendor to improve processes and write business requirements that meet the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review the current setup of our compliance screening system
- Understand vendor system capabilities and identify areas for improvement
- Work with the compliance system vendor to enhance processes and improve system performance
- Develop and maintain business requirements that align with our organizational goals
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Expertise in compliance screening systems and vendor system capabilities
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Investment Bank
- Strong understanding of matching rules and AML-related knowledge
- Knowledge of Piotech is a plus
