Job Summary: Synapri is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation and a proven track record of delivering successful business solutions.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to create and optimize Salesforce business processes.
  • Create detailed documentation, including use cases and functional specifications, to capture business needs and share with project stakeholders.
  • Support testing cycles, including regression and UAT testing.
  • Run weekly Business Analyst review meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Salesforce business solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and configuration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and business analysis.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000.
  • A hybrid working arrangement with a maximum of 2 days in the office.
  • A 15-month fixed-term contract.
