Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Consultation: Provide functional consultation on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to our clients.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements and facilitate requirement workshops to ensure clear understanding of client needs.
  • Configuration and Development: Configure and develop Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Requirements and Design: Create requirement and functional design specifications, use cases, and assess the impacts of changes on functional design.
  • Functional Support: Provide functional support for Salesforce applications in scope.
  • Training and Development: Assist in conducting 'Train the Trainer' sessions on in-scope Salesforce functionality for client key users.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile methodology is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Certifications: Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications are required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Experience Cloud, including Community Builder, Themes, Templates, Einstein ChatBot, Live Agent, and Lightning Design System.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce as a functional consultant on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Understanding and gathering business requirements.
  • Conducting fit-gap analysis in Salesforce and providing work effort and duration estimation.
  • Salesforce configuration of Experience Cloud.
  • Creating requirement and functional design specifications, use cases, and assessing the impacts of changes on functional design.
  • Functional support for Salesforce applications in scope.
  • Assisting in conducting 'Train the Trainer' sessions on in-scope Salesforce functionality for client key users.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications.
  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud, including Community Builder, Themes, Templates, Einstein ChatBot, Live Agent, and Lightning Design System.
