Administrative Role Overview
At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at Ann House in Kendal. As a General Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our multidisciplinary team in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Manage telephone, email, and postal enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, service users, and colleagues
* Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements
* 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
* Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Awareness and knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
