Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including typing, filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or administrative professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
