Administrative Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including typing, filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or administrative professional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
