About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Riverside. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured support and risk management to customers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting independence and self-management.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a housing management service, including income collection and providing customers with tenancy-related support.
  • Develop and maintain local partnerships to provide a holistic range of support for customers.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people, including those with complex needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer and business needs.
  • Competent administrative and IT skills, including the ability to produce reports and other communications.
  • Knowledge of current benefit systems and an understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups.
