As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence and help them achieve their support plans.
- Run customer activities and encourage social interaction to build skills and confidence.
- Support customers to access external services and agencies to build their support networks.
- Liaise with external agencies to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- Work with customers to secure permanent accommodation and achieve long-term goals.
