About the Role

As a General Administrator at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that files are properly maintained, post is handled efficiently, and phone calls are answered in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including handling telephone, email, and postal enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
