Legal Administrative Assistant

Are you an organised and meticulous individual with a keen interest in the legal sector? Our client, a distinguished law firm, is in search of a committed and skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, subpoenas, and contracts, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
- Organise and maintain legal files, databases, and documentation, guaranteeing they are current and easily retrievable.
- Conduct legal research and compile pertinent information to assist in case preparation.
- Provide administrative assistance, including managing expense reports, processing invoices, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Perform general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, welcoming clients, and managing office supplies.
- Previous experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or substantial administrative experience with a readiness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
