Role Overview:

As the Care Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering administrative and clerical support within the organization. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with the care team to facilitate training for staff, assist in the development and smooth operation of various systems and procedures, and manage personnel and student-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the staff scheduling
- Support management audits
- Assist in coordinating staff training sessions
- Organize paperwork for CLA reviews and coordinate related meetings
- Dispatch correspondence to professionals and staff as needed
- Participate in meetings and training events as required
- Take minutes during meetings as necessary
- Help maintain the organization's vehicles
- Support the upkeep of administrative and digital filing systems
- Assist in maintaining existing databases and establishing new ones
- Carry out office tasks including reception duties, photocopying, faxing, emailing, and managing phone calls
