Role Overview:

As the Care Operations Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support within the organization, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally. You will effectively communicate with various stakeholders, collaborate with the care team to facilitate training for staff, and assist in the development and efficient operation of all systems and procedures related to personnel, student affairs, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the staff scheduling
- Support management audits
- Assist in coordinating staff training
- Organize paperwork for CLA reviews and coordinate meetings
- Dispatch correspondence to professionals and staff as necessary
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required
- Take minutes during meetings as needed
- Help maintain the organization's vehicles
- Support the upkeep of administrative and filing systems
- Aid in maintaining existing databases and establishing new ones
- Carry out office tasks including reception duties, photocopying, faxing, emailing, answering calls, and redirecting as needed

Preferred Experience:
