About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist/Patient Administrator in the Community and Special Care Dental Services at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of patient referrals and appointments.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- To provide a high level of customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- To work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the smooth running of the dental service, including preparing treatment plans and coordinating patient care.
- To maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
