About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dental Receptionist/Patient Administrator to join our Community and Special Care Dental Services team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dental team, ensuring the smooth running of the dental service and providing an excellent patient experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of patient records and data.
- Provide an excellent patient experience, responding to patient queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the smooth running of the dental service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
