About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dental Receptionist/Patient Administrator to join our Community and Special Care Dental Services team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dental team, ensuring the smooth running of the reception area, and providing excellent patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
- Ensure the efficient and effective administration of patient referrals, appointments, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Provide excellent patient care, including greeting patients, answering questions, and providing information about treatment options.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the smooth running of the reception area and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
