Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Support Worker to join our team in Cumbria. You will provide personalized support to a male client with a spinal cord injury, enabling him to live independently within his rural home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal care, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
  • Support with moving and handling techniques to ensure the client's safety and comfort.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized home environment through domestic duties.
  • Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the client, respecting his dignity and independence.
