Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Support Worker to join our team in Cumbria. You will provide personalized support to a male client with a spinal cord injury, enabling him to live independently within his rural home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal care, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
- Support with moving and handling techniques to ensure the client's safety and comfort.
- Contribute to a clean and organized home environment through domestic duties.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the client, respecting his dignity and independence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possess a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Have a strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
