About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Live In Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of our client, who requires support with daily living tasks due to a spinal cord injury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to our client, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication management.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Support our client with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and healthcare team to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries or similar conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
