About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Whinfell School, a leading educational institution for students with Asperger's Syndrome and Complex Needs. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our students, empowering them to develop valuable life skills, qualifications, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a model of positive behaviour support to empower students to make a positive change in their lives
- Support students in developing self-regulation skills and promoting greater lifelong independence
- Work collaboratively with trained, qualified professionals across our multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting a sense of security and well-being

What We Offer:
- Completion of Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and full training for career and personal development
