What We're Looking For

We are seeking committed, empathetic, and engaging care/support workers who share our vision and values. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our students, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a model of positive behaviour support to empower students to make a positive change in their lives
  • Work collaboratively with trained professionals to promote student well-being and independence
  • Provide high-quality care and support to students, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop individualised care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of positive behaviour support strategies
