Care Facilitator

We are seeking a Care Facilitator to join our team in Cumbria, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with enduring mental health issues, complex needs, and complicated addiction problems.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our service users, working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-standard cleaning services, ensuring all areas of the service are spotless and well-maintained.
As a Care Facilitator, you will be responsible for maintaining required security standards, actively participating in team meetings, and establishing good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing duties, communicating effectively, and resolving problems efficiently, while prioritizing the well-being and safety of our service users.
With a strong focus on teamwork, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide person-centered care, helping residents lead positive and meaningful lives, with choice and control over their daily routines.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.15, equivalent to 33 days annual leave, free meals, and parking, as well as opportunities for career development, training, and wellbeing support.
Located in Cumbria, our Kendal sites provide enhanced levels of support for individuals with complex needs, allowing them to access mainstream services, engage in work and training, leisure opportunities, and hobbies.
