We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/Patient Administrator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental services, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to dental teams, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information, including medical records and billing.
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with dental teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
