Role Overview:
As a Legal Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance, managing legal documents, and ensuring the seamless operation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, subpoenas, and contracts, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Oversee attorney schedules, arrange appointments, and maintain reminders for critical deadlines.
  • Facilitate meetings, conference calls, and communications among attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain legal files, databases, and documents for efficient retrieval.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct legal research and compile case-related information.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing expense reports and travel logistics.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, welcoming clients, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Administrative Specialist or a strong administrative background with a willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
