Key Responsibilities:

Upholding the necessary security protocols of the facility by adhering to established policies and procedures. Actively participating in the daily operations of the team with a variety of responsibilities. Demonstrating excellent communication skills and maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with visitors. Building and sustaining positive relationships with colleagues, visitors, and service users. Contributing to a supportive and positive workplace culture. Performing additional tasks as assigned that align with your role. Completing mandatory training sessions annually as required by Elysium Healthcare.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cleaning role within a similar environment. A genuine enjoyment of cleaning and a sense of accomplishment from a job well done. Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards. Capability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
