Position Overview

Are you an organised and meticulous individual with a keen interest in the legal sector? As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering essential administrative support, managing legal documents, and facilitating the efficient functioning of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare legal documents, including briefs and contracts, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
  • Organise and maintain legal files, databases, and documentation, guaranteeing they are current and readily accessible.
  • Conduct legal research and compile pertinent information to assist in case preparation.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including managing expense reports, processing invoices, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, welcoming clients, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. A proactive and positive attitude, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, is highly valued.
