We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join our Surgical & Critical Care Secretarial Team within the Pain & Anaesthetic Service. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and customer service abilities, along with strong administrative skills and advanced typing proficiency. Daily interactions will occur with patients, medical professionals, nursing staff, and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Pain & Anaesthetic Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Maintaining effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Utilizing medical terminology to enhance communication and documentation.
  • Assisting in achieving departmental performance targets and operational efficiencies.
  • Participating in a structured probationary period to acclimate to the role and environment.
