The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This will involve managing the workload of our Customer Services Technicians, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our experienced colleagues. You will also be responsible for managing a designated region, resolving reported defects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the workload of our Customer Services Technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records, using our COINS database to track customer information and resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including our owners, Lodge Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Recent office experience, preferably in a Property related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Confident IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to travel occasionally, visiting our Lodges throughout the country
