The Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to utilise your organisational and communication skills to manage the workload of Customer Services Technicians. You will be responsible for keeping our COINS database up-to-date with real-time information, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.

You'll work closely with internal and external contacts, resolving reported defects and addressing customer inquiries. As the department evolves, you may have the opportunity to manage a designated region, further developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the workload of Customer Services Technicians
  • Keep the COINS database up-to-date with real-time information
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to resolve reported defects and customer inquiries
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organisation and time management skills, as well as confident IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel. A self-motivated and personable individual who prioritises providing exceptional customer service will excel in this position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working within a busy team environment, while also using their initiative to solve complex problems. This role requires flexibility, as occasional travel to our Lodges throughout the country may be necessary.
