About the Role

Churchill Retirement Living is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating information and works related to property issues arising at our retirement Lodges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate workload using COINS, our CRM system
  • Filter issues and prioritize tasks and workload
  • Schedule work plans for our field-based Customer Service Technicians
  • Update the CRM system with real-time information to keep abreast of implementation, delivery times, and work schedules
  • Raise purchase orders and deal with invoices
  • SOURCE CONTRACTORS WHERE NECESSARY
  • Manage stakeholder and homeowner expectations

Requirements

  • Recent office-based experience with an organized and methodical approach to juggling tasks and workload
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Organization and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to professionally manage expectations, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving
  • Sound judgment and decision-making
  • Time management
