About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate workload using our CRM system, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Filter and prioritize tasks, scheduling work plans for our field-based customer service technicians.
  • Update the CRM system with real-time information, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and work schedules.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Sources contractors as needed, managing stakeholder and homeowner expectations.
Requirements
  • Recent office-based experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to professionally manage expectations.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, database knowledge, and MS Office applications, including Excel.
