About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a key member of our office-based team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our retired homeowners receive exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate workload using our CRM system, COINS
  • Filter and prioritize tasks and workload to ensure efficient delivery
  • Schedule work plans for our field-based Customer Service Technicians
  • Update the CRM system with real-time information to track implementation, delivery times, and work schedules
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices
  • Sources contractors as needed
  • Manage stakeholder and homeowner expectations

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated, diligent, and personable administrator who excels at providing first-class customer service. You will have recent office-based experience, with a methodical approach to juggling tasks and workload. You will also possess excellent communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to professionally manage expectations, both verbally and in writing.
