Job Title: Service Charge Financial Coordinator
Location: Hampshire, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Charge Financial Coordinator to join our Accounts and Finance team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development budgets in accordance with CEM workflow
- Perform bank reconciliations and produce 'Year End' accounts
- Compile Audit Files and prepare development budgets for Lodge Managers and Area Management teams
- Handle homeowner queries regarding service charges and accounts
About You:
We're looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and experience in budgeting/accounts/finance. Attention to detail is crucial as you'll be dealing with large amounts of numerical data.
You should have previous experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally to an intermediate level. Knowledge of Qube Property Management System would be an advantage.
Requirements:
- GCSE level C/5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Experience in financial administration or accounting
