Job Title: Head of Service Charge Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Service Charge Operations. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading our Service Charge Team and ensuring the accurate preparation of service charge budgets and accounts within CEM workflow timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Charge Team and ensure the accurate preparation of service charge budgets and accounts
  • Manage key relationships with external stakeholders, including solicitors, banks, accountants, auditors, government bodies, suppliers, owners, and other industry bodies
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Service Charge Team
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation, lease requirements, and industry practice

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using software such as Qube Property Management System
  • Property Institute's Level 3 qualification in Leasehold Management
