About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Aftermarket Business Development Lead to join our team at Gilbarco Veeder-Root. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive sales growth in Europe.

You will lead the implementation of go-to-market strategies, develop local offline and digital sales strategies, and build new partnerships to improve market coverage and increase partner effectiveness.

Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth through the adoption of innovative sales strategies and the expansion of our customer base.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in Europe
  2. Lead the implementation of go-to-market strategies to improve market coverage and increase partner effectiveness
  3. Build new partnerships with customers and suppliers to improve market knowledge and plan sales operations
  4. Drive the execution of adopted sales strategies to meet business objectives
  5. Enlarging the customer database for aftermarket products and developing digital sales partner channels
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales and channel management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving market coverage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
