As a Field Sales Representative for Glen Callum Associates Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the UK automotive aftermarket. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess first-class planning and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer behavior. You should have a valid UK driving license and be comfortable with overnight stays, as travel across the country will be required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and preparing comprehensive sales reports
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and delivering results-driven solutions
We are looking for a talented individual who can excel in this challenging role. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, plus bonus potential of up to 25% and a fully expensed company car.
