B2B Recruitment Sales Executive
We are working with the Sales Force 10 Recruitment team to bring in two new sales professionals for their client, based in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will have excellent transport links or free parking.
This is a brilliant opportunity for sales-driven individuals to join a dynamic business development arm and contribute to the growth of a well-established company.
The successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
- Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Commission Scheme: A performance-based commission scheme, providing opportunities to earn additional income.
