Retail Business Development Lead

We are a leading retailer looking for a skilled Floor Manager to join our team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, drive business results, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and encourage teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
