Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team in Salford, United Kingdom.

Job Summary:

The role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Business Development Specialist, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
