dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is a leading manufacturer of innovative and high-quality products based in Manchester. We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts.
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating pricing, terms, and promotional programs with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on product launches, marketing campaigns, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:

About the Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Specialist with a proven track record of success in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with accounts such as Next, Argos, Very, Dunelm, etc. and a strong understanding of the grocery/discount retail market. Category experience in Homeware, Furniture & Home Decor is required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
