The Role

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be part of a team resolving customer complaints through various channels, including support teams, CSAT surveys, and review sites.

Your responsibilities will include investigating complaints, negotiating resolutions, and providing detailed summaries for operational meetings.

You'll identify complaint trends and provide ad-hoc reports on customer feedback to drive improvements.
