The RoleAs a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating customer complaints through various channels.
- Negotiating suitable resolutions with customers.
- Providing detailed summaries of complaints issues for operational meetings.
- Identifying complaint trends to drive improvements.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly motivated individual with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
