Business Development and Relationship Manager

We're looking for a talented Business Development and Relationship Manager to join our team at RAC. As an Inbound Sales Executive - SME Growth, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, growing our business through new leads and referrals, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
You will work with new small to medium business (SME) customers to understand their requirements and advise them on the most suitable breakdown products. You will also utilize data to record accurate details about clients and prospect data, and ensure we have the member at the heart of everything we do.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,585, with an OTE up to £32,000, as well as a range of benefits including eligibility to join our bonus scheme, 23 days' holiday, and access to our Group Personal Pension scheme. Our colleagues do whatever it takes to help our customers, and we believe in rewarding you in return.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, be able to work well towards KPIs under pressure, and be outgoing and self-motivated. They will also need to be empathetic and able to build rapport with new and existing SME customers.
