Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Brainrocket. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a key role in driving business growth through exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong, personalized relationships with high-value clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and implement targeted strategies to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Closely monitor customer performance and behavior to evaluate bonus crediting and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulations regarding products.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both English and Slovak language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive and sales-oriented mindset with excellent support and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills to drive business growth.
  • Detailed-oriented approach to deliver high-quality results.
  • Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered an advantage.
