Job Description
As a Senior Commercial Insurance Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling a dedicated book of clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth renewals and mid-term adjustments. You will work closely with junior staff to provide technical support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Renewals, MTAs, and new business development
- Premium management across various classes of commercial insurance
- Technical referral and mentoring
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in commercial insurance, preferably with knowledge of multiple classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
