Medical Workforce Business Development Specialist

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Medical Workforce Business Development Specialist to join their team. This role will involve working closely with the Associate Director of Strategic Medical Workforce to deliver high-quality medical workforce services across the trust.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert medical HR support and advice to enable the delivery of trust priorities. This will include managing medical workforce cost improvement plan workstreams, constructingively challenging aspects of medical workforce performance, and being a central access point for expert medical HR guidance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must have significant experience in senior roles within medical HR, CIPD qualification, and educated to degree level. Proven track record of management/senior level medical HR management experience, in-depth knowledge of all medical terms and conditions of service, and experience of negotiating and consulting with trade unions are essential.
