Deputy Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Property Manager to join our team at Abbatt Dual Management, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and clients across our purpose-built schemes in Kennington and Woolwich.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of leasehold property management, including the roles and responsibilities of a Managing Agent. They will lead on the fulfillment of key tasks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and providing excellent levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance of buildings and grounds, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Conduct regular site inspections, reporting on findings and ensuring defects are logged through the correct channels.
- Plan and organize maintenance quotes and contracts, ensuring timely completion of works.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Estate Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services and actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leasehold property management, with a strong understanding of Managing Agent responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and clients.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
