Strategic Account Director

We're seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting, developing, and growing new revenue streams, with a focus on client retention and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and negotiate subscriptions to ensure client retention through annual contract renewals
- Build and maintain key relationships at a senior level within assigned client groups
- Proactively manage accounts through regular networking and meetings with clients
- Monitor client service usage and ROI against objectives and expectations
- Upsell additional services to optimize usage
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records on SalesForce
- Proven track record in a PropTech / Construction / SaaS / subscription environment with direct responsibility for increasing client retention rates
- Extensive client management experience, including managing C-suite client relationships
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a strong client focus
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
