  • Proven track record in a PropTech / Construction / SaaS / subscription environment with direct responsibility for increasing client retention rates.
  • Extensive client management experience, including managing C-suite client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide clear and accurate reports and forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with solid objection handling experience.
  • Dynamic, ambitious, and tenacious personality, with a professional, confident, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
  • Results-driven with a strong client focus, and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressured situations.
  • Strong SalesForce experience and ability to travel as required.
